Larry Wade, JR. (President)
Larry is a BSEE Graduate from Texas Western College, now University of Texas El Paso, where he attended on a football scholarship.
Larry was in the Air Force for four years and was an Instructor for Intercept systems for Air Force Security and carried a Top Secret and Crypto Clearance.
Larry has over thirty years experience in Sales and Marketing. Larry holds a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering from West Coast University.
Larry worked as an engineer in airborne telemetry, ground station data reception/ analysis and range management before joining
Thorson Company as a Sales Engineer selling Microwave Components, Valves/Actuators for Aircraft, Pyrotechnic Devices and
all Types of Computer Peripherals.. Larry was responsible for setting up and managing a National and International sales team
with a company that first integrated instruments to computers from zero sales to $4M in two years. Larry has experience in selling
Systems and Boards that are VXI, VME, cPCI, Industrial PC, GPS Timing and Telephony based as well as sensors used in Petro-Chemical Plant Automation.
Larry has been involved in Large Data Base Systems and has published papers on the planning of these systems.
Larry has sold into the Military, Aerospace, Medical and Commercial Markets along with covering the Ranges; China Lake, Edwards, Pt. Mugu and Vandenberg.
Prior to joining Delta Synertek Larry had his own Sales Representative Company, Gemini Daniels Company.
George Ufen (Chairman)
George has over 30 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Management, Advertising and Manufacturing in Southern California.
George is a graduate of State University of New York and Naval Electronic & Instructor Schools with Post Graduate work at Lowell Institute, MIT, and UCLA.
George worked as an Engineer at Western Electric, TRW, and Hughes and was an Instructor of Naval Engineering at Tufts University.
George has managed his own Sales Representative Companies GRU associates and CYGNUS Sales prior to merging with Synertek.
George was nominated as a Fellow with the IEEE and has
Received numerous awards including a Lifetime Membership in the IEEE and the National Honor Award from the ERA and has
functioned as an Officer of the Electronic Representative Association (ERA). George has extensive experience in the design and
testing of equipment for EMC including Screen Rooms, Anechoic Chambers and Test Stands. George has experience in Power Supplies,
Transient Devices, RFI Instruments, RFI Gaskets, Microwave Components, Magnetic Transformers, EMI Filtering/ Shielding, Cables and
Connectors. George was in the Navy for four years and four years in the Active Reserve.
Doug Liedblad (Member of the Board)
Doug has twenty years of sales experience. Doug has a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from UCLA. Doug has been selling Custom Components,
Capital Equipment and Electronic Control Systems to the OEM, Aerospace, Medical and Military Market. Doug has extensive background in
Machine Tooling and Manufacturing Management having worked and managing a Machine Shop. Doug has been re-vitalizing the
San Fernando Valley by finding new customers to peruse. Doug is an asset into selling our OEM, Military, and Aerospace, Commercial and Medical markets.
His innovative ideas will be carried over to other territories.
